Who we are
The Refill is a community for professional women based in Gent, Belgium. You can reach us at ila@therefill.club.
What we collect
Only the email address you enter on our website.
Why
To tell you when The Refill launches and when new events are announced. We do this because you asked us to (your consent). We never sell or share your email.
How it's handled
When you sign up, your email is sent to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form service, and kept in our email account. If we start a newsletter, we will move your email to a newsletter tool, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the email we hold at any time by writing to ila@therefill.club. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
